By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Access & Timeframe
- Access Period: Your enrollment grants you access to the course materials for 4 months (120 days) from the date of purchase.
- Expiration: Access to videos, resources, and the course platform will automatically expire at the end of the 120-day period. It is the student’s responsibility to manage their time to complete the material within this window.
2. Pre-Readings & Course Requirements
- Pre-Readings: Students acknowledge that certain pre-readings found on the course syllabus (see third bullet point) are required for the successful completion of this course. By enrolling, you agree to complete all designated readings as outlined in the course syllabus to ensure full participation and theological integration.
- Certification: If you are taking this course for certification or graduate credit, you must complete all videos, readings, and the final exam with a passing grade (typically 80% or higher).

3. Individual Use & Security
- Personal Use Only: This course is licensed for individual use only. Sharing course content, videos, or workbooks with groups or individuals who have not paid for enrollment is strictly prohibited.
- No Account Sharing: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You shall not share your username or password with any other person. Detection of multiple IP logins or account sharing may result in immediate termination of course access without a refund.
4. Refund Policy
- 24-Hour Window: Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase—and before accessing any online course content—are eligible for a full refund, minus a $30 processing fee.
- 7-Day Window: Requests made within 7 calendar days of purchase will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refunds: After 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, or once course content has been substantially accessed, no refunds will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, digital workbooks, and supplemental resources, are the intellectual property of the Theology of the Body Institute. No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.
